SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Your package will ship within 2-3 business days of placing an order on weekdays. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the 3-4 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase through the online store.

In promotion times Mani Sports & Fitness Australia Pty Ltd may decide to offer free Delivery for orders above $150 or more (excluding items classified as Big and Bulky)
STANDARD SHIPPING TAKES APPROX.:
2 – 7 business days for delivery to metro locations with tracking.
7 - 10 business days for delivery to Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory with tracking.
Over the Covid-19 restriction this might take longer than usual.
Wholesale and bulky orders are dispatched using private courier services.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:
Mani Sports places an “Authority To Leave” on all orders. This means all applicable orders will be dropped at the delivery address (If safe to do so).
Please ensure to leave a suitable drop-off point on the “ORDER NOTES” section of your order as the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.

Your items will ship from Melbourne (Australia) and third-party logistics partner depending on country and stock availability in the region.

Mani Sports delivery to most destinations around the world via DHL, Auspost or creditable international courier. When placing your order please provide a physical postal address, as we do not use PO Boxes as delivery addresses or APO addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated at time of purchase. By confirming a purchase, you are accepting responsibility for all Customs Charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country.

ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process before returning:
Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Service team (email@example.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your order number.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
For any international orders outside of Australia, it is at absolute discretion, Mani Sport may elect to offer you a refund if you choose not to pay any duties and taxes at time of import. Mani sports will deduct any customs fees that apply to the purchase paid by Mani Sports from the refund amount.
