A variety of bag gloves/bag mitts available on this site are designed to throw punches at the bag and at coaching mitts when training. Mitts are a great way to protects the hand to support the structure of the hand, and some are also designed to protect the wrist. Some of these bag mittens are made of leather or vinyl. These are great for strength and cardio workouts.
